Concept to Creation
The second module of the CERI program is taught by real-world experts on topics that will give you the skills to further your entrepreneurial journey – be that establishing your own start-up, contributing to a start-up team or allowing you to become the workplace 'intrapreneur'.
With guidance from our presenters and mentors, you will learn how to test and validate your idea, and develop your lean business model. Two key components at the start of the module focus on the importance of finding the right team, and your short, medium and long term IP Strategy; all based on ensuring your future enterprise is built on strong foundations.
MBA and business graduates are encouraged to participate in module two. Those who may not have an idea or don’t want to create a start-up are encouraged to participate as team members to assist prospective start-ups to develop a strong operational model.
