Course Outline

The Customer Development Masterclass consists of weekly sessions alternating between content delivery and engaging workshops. Over the course of the program, you will be engaged in:


  • Fortnightly workshops covering frameworks for the what, why, and how of business and customer innovation

  • A CERI Start-Up Pack containing a suite of the best practices business management, strategy, and financial tools for start-ups

  • Monthly progression workshops for tracking financials and business objectives in an environment conducive of productive feedback from expert mentors and peers.

  • Accounting advice and assistance

  • Legals, contracts, governance documents, and templates

  • Intellectual property guidelines and templates

  • Marketing and branding assistance.

Outcomes

Completion of the Customer Development Masterclass aims to ensure your startup crosses the chasm between an early-stage idea and a revenue-generating business.
